Having two daughters in cheer, Ken felt the need to start an organization that focused specifically on the safety and security of all our cheer athletes across the world.
He has a diverse and unique background that fits perfectly into the mission of Safe at All Star and like many on our team, he's dedicated the majority of his adult life to protecting others. Protecting children has been a primary focus of his professional life.
He has more than eighteen years of experience in different levels of security, emergency preparation, emergency response and related fields.
Ken was a previous Executive Vice President of Secure Education Consultants, who has been credited with the improved safety and security for hundreds of thousands of children, parents and teachers across the country.

Bob recently joined the Safe at All Star team following his retirement from an esteemed, thirty-three year career with the Detroit City Police Department. While he served on a number of important task forces within the department, most of his time there was dedicated to serving on the Special Victims Unit (SVU) working in Sex Crimes. He is a founding member with the Southeast Michigan Crimes Against Children Task Force. He has worked extensively in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, where he was deputized as a U.S. Marshal, in solving crimes involving sexual victimization, trafficking, and abduction of children in the state of Michigan. His expertise in these areas was called upon by the F.B.I. to train other task forces in sex crime investigations across the nation. Bob has earned several awards recognizing his contributions to the law enforcement community, including the Distinguished Medal of Valor.

Dylan brings a wide technology skill set to Safe at Real Estate. Prior to joining the team, Dylan was part of several technology and marketing teams.
He has developed the web presence of small businesses and internationally-recognized nonprofits. His primary ambition is to serve others by utilizing his skills and training in web and other technology development.
By building and managing the Safe at Real Estate and other youth protection websites, as well as overseeing our learning management system, he works diligently to serve agents and their families by providing the technology to teach agents how to be Safe at Real Estate..

Creating innovative technology for over 30 years, Mike has led tech teams large and small, spanning his own consulting firms to complex IT departments to executive-level corporate leadership.
Over his career Mike has developed and delivered technology systems employed in a wide array of endeavors, everything from logistics to the treatment of leukemia to the cause of delivering developing-world children from poverty.
A technologist at heart, Mike is thrilled to bring innovative technology to the task of protecting All Star athletes, having designed and built the Safe at All Star mobile apps.

Jaime Sterling has served the All Star community for over 20 years in many capacities.
She cheered at Georgia Allstars and also started her coaching career at age 14. Jaime cheered in middle school and high school and then went on to cheer at the University of South Carolina. After her time cheering, she went back to coach for a couple years at Georgia Allstars then moved to Florida. There she started teaching Pre-K and did some property management work.
Jaime just could not leave the All-Star world so, she went back to coach at a small gym in Boca while also coaching at Florida Atlantic University. It was a wonderful time and great experience. Jaime then coached at Palm Beach Lightning for about 6 years.
After her journey with them she started working for the United States Allstar Federation as part of their support staff. This is what brought her to Safe at All Star. She now resides in Evans, GA with my significant other and two incredible children.

She is the former AMBER Alert State Coordinator and Missing Children’s Clearinghouse Manager for the state of Michigan and has worked child abductions, sex-trafficking, violent crimes, organized crime, as well as heading the Missing Persons Unit for the Michigan State Police.
Sarah is the president and founder of Missing in Michigan, a non-profit that assists the families of missing persons and work together with law enforcement and the media to bring loved-ones home.
Sarah has worked thousands of missing children cases throughout her career and comes to us with a plethora of experience in child sex-trafficking. She garnered world honors when was awarded the prestigious “40 Under 40” Award from the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Her work in matching missing persons cases to unidentified remains across the country gave hundreds of families answers in their cold cases.
Sarah has been profiled in many written publications, including a book with a character based on her. Sarah's casework has been highlighted on Good Morning America, ID Discovery, and Dateline NBC.

Dr. Shannon brings personal and professional experiences in the world of athletics to the Safe at All Star team. She is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology specializing in the treatment of professional athletes from around the world.
A summa cum laude graduate from both Loyola Marymount University and Pepperdine University, Dr. Shannon is extensively trained in a number sports specific specializations, incorporating both traditional psychology, energy medicine and integrative therapeutic techniques in her practice. Her expertise in dealing with patients and their families who’ve experienced trauma, both in and out of the athletic arena, is influential to the types of trainings Safe at All Star makes available to athletes and their families.
She has a lifetime of experience in the working with athletes at the highest levels; not only has she served professional athletes (MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, MLS) as a clinician, she is also from a family of athletes, with the unique perspective of growing up in Major League Baseball.
Dr. Shannon serves on a range of advisory boards in professional athletics and is involved in philanthropic endeavors giving back to the sports community, various medical diseases and child specific charities. She is the mother of 6 children and currently resides in St. Louis Mo.

Twana is a highly accomplished professional with proven success in conducting and leading high-profile and complex criminal and administrative investigations and mitigating crisis and risks in the public and private sectors.
Twana is a retired First Lieutenant and former Commander of the Michigan Department of State Police (MSP) Professional Standards Section (Internal Affairs), Twana has over 25 years experience as a Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) certified law enforcement officer. During her law enforcement tenure, Twana held the ranks and positions of trooper, detective trooper, detective sergeant, acting detective lieutenant, and retired at the rank of First Lieutenant and Commander of the MSP Professional Standards Section (PSS), commonly referred to as Internal Affairs.
She was deputized with the United States Marshals Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) while serving as a task force officer on the South-Eastern Michigan Crimes Against Children (SEMCAC) and the Eastern District Public Corruption Task Forces. Twana served as a Temporary Staff Instructor at the MSP Training Academy in the areas of patrols and as an Ethics and Worksite Inspections Instructor. She has been a guest instructor at two universities in courses designed for investigations on policy violations and internal affairs.
Twana’s private sector experience include being the former Director of Campus Security at Vista Maria, a facility that house at-risk female youth. Twana was employed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan conducting administrative and internal investigations, and investigating fraud, waste, and abuse. She also contracted with the National Basketball Association (NBA)/Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) where she managed security and conducted security advances and investigations.
Twana is an FBI National Academy Graduate (Session 269), where she obtained a Graduate Certificate of Achievement in Criminal Justice Education, from University of Virginia.
She's a two-time recipient of the Michigan Department of State Police Meritorious Award for going above and beyond the call of duty, and a 6-time recipient of the Michigan Department of State Police Professional Excellence Award for outstanding investigative work. Twana received a certificate of recognition from the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation for her investigative assistance during a kidnapping investigation, and Twana received an award and recognition from the National Association Professional Women of the Year (2016) for Outstanding Leadership and Commitment in Law Enforcement.
As the Director of Risk/Crisis manager for Safe At All Star, Twana uses her expertise in investigations when an athlete, coach, owner or parent have concerns about safety and policy compliance.

Christy has a long career in education, starting in 1995 as a middle school teacher. During her time as a teacher, she coached several sports at the adolescent level including volleyball, softball, and dance.
After winning several awards for her innovations in the classroom and her dedication to working with challenging students, she was promoted to leadership positions. Her first advancement came as an Instructional Coach, where she created and delivered professional development for other educators in her school district of nearly 20,000 students.
Shortly thereafter, she moved into a role as a building level administrator where her responsibilities included designing school and district safety protocols, emergency planning, and crisis training. Combining her skills as a school administrator, an athletic coach, and the parent of two children active in travel sports, Christy came on board with Safe at All Star as a Content and Training Manager.
